Me parece medio tetarteron de Manuel I Comnenus
Manuel I, Comnenus, 8 April 1143 - 24 September 1180 A.D.
Bronze half tetarteron, SBCV 1979 (heavy standard), VF, uncertian Greek mint, 2.60g, 17.5mm, 180°, obverse monogram (cross with letters MΛΔKΠ); reverse bust of Manuel facing, beardless, wearing crown and loros, labarum in left, globus cruciger in right.
Tambien podria ser un tetarteron de Alexius I, pero entonces tendrias un autentico tesorito entre tus manos:
